摘要
红霉素是一种大环内酯类抗生素,广泛赋存于环境中,威胁生态安全。通过整合近10年相关文献的研究成果,分析了我国典型流域水体中ETM的赋存状况及其时空变化,基于物种敏感度分布法和联合概率曲线法,定量评估了ETM在我国主要地表水体中的生态风险。结果发现,我国长江流域具有较高的ETM污染水平,水体中ETM污染浓度在近10年呈缓慢上升趋势,之后略有降低,沉积物中ETM平均浓度相对稳定;整体风险概率计算结果显示:ETM在我国主要水体流域均产生一定生态风险,具体表现为:辽河流域>海河流域>珠江流域>黄河流域>长江流域。
Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic,which exists widely in the environment and threatens the ecological safety.In this paper,the occurrence and spatial-temporal variation of ETM in typical watersheds in China were analyzed by integrating the research results of relevant literatures in the last decade.The ecological risk of ETM in major surface waters in China was quantitatively assessed based on species sensitivity distribution method and joint probability curve method.The results showed that there was a higher level of ETM pollution in the Yangtze River Basin of China.The concentration of ETM pollution in water increased slowly in recent 10 years,and then decreased slightly,while the mean concentration of ETM pollution in sediment was relatively stable.The results of the overall risk probability calculation show that ETM has certain ecological risk in the major water basins in China,which is in the order of Liaohe River Basin>Haihe River Basin>Pearl River Basin>Yellow River Basin>Yangtze River Basin.
