摘要
加强成本管理对地勘单位高质量具有重要意义。文章结合地勘单位项目特点,剖析当前地勘单位成本管理存在的成本管理意识淡薄,项目成本核算把握不准确,成本管理体系不健全,成本管理人员业务水平亟待提高等问题,针对问题从成本管理意识、目标成本管理、成本精细化管理、奖惩机制、数字化管理及人才队伍建设方面提出解决对策,以构建全面成本管理体系。
Strengthening cost management is of great significance to the high quality development of geo-prospecting units.Combined with the characteristics of projects of geo-prospecting units,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the cost management of geo-prospecting units,such as weak awareness of cost management,inaccurate project cost accounting,unsound cost management system,urgent need to improve the professional level of cost management personnel,in view of the problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the cost management consciousness,target cost management,cost fine management,reward and punishment mechanism,digital management and talent team construction,to build a comprehensive cost management system.
