摘要 随着现代汽车不断追求豪华美观以及轻量化,装饰性塑料电镀以其金属光泽的外观、易加工、减重性能优异及成本较低等众多优点,在汽车内外饰零部件上被广泛使用,为满足客户的运动感和科技感喜好,开发了黑铬镭雕的层次感效果。文中阐述了样板的制备工艺,对样板进行了膜厚和微观形貌的表征。结果表明:样板镭雕区域的条纹效果是通过去除铬层和光亮镍层获得的视觉效果,并通过腐蚀试验验证了半亮镍层无法满足常规48 h的CASS,其在微观条件下可以看到明显的鼓泡松脱趋势,且局部已脱落。说明目前该工艺需要增加其他后道保护工艺来加强保护,同时实现目前的视觉效果。 With the continuous pursuit of luxury,beauty and lightweight of modern cars,decorative plastic electroplating is widely used in automobile interior and exterior parts due to its metal luster appearance,easy processing,excellent weight reduction performance and low cost.In order to meet the customers preference for science and technology,the hierarchical effect of black chrome radium carving was developed.The preparation process of the sample was described,and the film thickness and micro morphology of the sample were characterized.The results show that the stripe effect of radium etched area is the visual effect obtained by removing chromium layer and bright nickel layer.The corrosion test shows that the semi bright nickel layer cannot meet the normal CASS for 48 hours.Under the microscopic conditions,obvious bubbling and loosening tendency can be observed,and local parts have fallen off.It shows that the current process needs to add other post protection processes to increase protection and realize the current visual effect.
