摘要
目前对离合器摩擦片温度的研究方法多采用数值计算或者有限元仿真,直接通过试验测量的研究较少。本文设计了湿式双离合器滑摩过程温度测量系统,通过该测试系统对离合器滑摩过程中摩擦片温度变化规律进行了研究。结果表明:离合器滑摩温度与输入扭矩、转速差成正相关;摩擦因数与压力成负相关,并逐渐趋于稳定。
At present,the research methods of clutch friction plate temperature mostly use numerical calculation or finite element simulation,and there is less research on direct test measurement.The temperature measurement system of the wet double clutch was designed.The temperature variation of the friction plate during sliding process of the clutch was studied by this system.The results show that the friction temperature of the clutch is positively correlated with the input torque and speed difference.The friction coefficient is negatively correlated with pressure and tends to be stable gradually.
