摘要
某车型发动机在运行过程中出现故障灯亮、车辆抖动等问题,经过分析,喷油器存在渗漏现象,为了解决此问题,对故障件进行拆解分析,最终确认故障原因为喷油器阀体材料耐应力腐蚀较差及喷油器阀体和驱动模块之间存在间隙。对喷油器进行相应设计变更,有效解决了渗漏问题,为后续喷油器类似故障的解决以及风险规避提供了解决方案。
During the vehicle running,the engine of a certain model appears fault light,vehicle vibration and other problems.After investigation,there is leakage in the injector.In order to solve this problem,the failure parts were analyzed and disassembled,it was finally confirmed that the cause of the fault was the poor stress corrosion resistance of the fuel injector valve body material and the gap between the fuel injector valve body and the drive module.Corresponding design changes were made to the fuel injector,which effectively solved the leakage problem.It provides a solution for the similar failure of fuel injector and risk avoidance.
