摘要 目前电动汽车的整车碰撞试验主要从正面、侧面和后面3个方向进行,对底部抗碰撞性能没有相关的测试方法和标准。根据市场调查信息,介绍了一种负坎工况的测试方法,提出了一种可实现负坎高度可调、撞击壁障位置可调的测试系统,用于对电池包底部抗碰撞能力研究,并通过测试复现了电池包在负坎过程中出现的塑性变形以及撞击时的受力情况。同时也设计了一种非接触式触发系统,代替了传统的接触式触发方式实现高压电测量系统的触发和数据采集系统的零时刻确定。 At present,the whole collision test of electric vehicles is carried out from the front,side and rear three directions.There is no relevant test method and standards for the bottom anti-collision ability.According to the market survey information,a test method of negative sill working condition was introduced,and a test system that can adjust the height of negative sill and the position of impact barrier was put forward,which was used to study the anti-collision ability of the bottom of battery pack.Through the test,the plastic deformation of battery pack in the process of negative sill and the stress during impact were reproduced.At the same time,a non-contact trigger system was also designed,which replaced the traditional contact trigger mode to realize the trigger of high voltage and the zero time determination of data acquisition system.
