基于建筑策划方法的适老化社区规划设计研究

Research on Planning and Design of Elderly Oriented Community Based on Architectural Programming Method

目前,我国老龄化形势严峻,适老化社区应运而生。文章在文献研究以及对老龄社区实地调研的基础上,对设计前期进行策划,包括功能、空间、服务、运营等四方面,并将其应用于浙江省湖州市长兴县某社区方案设计中,运用开放建筑理论,基于策划方法对适老化社区的规划设计策略进行了探究,并结合具体方案进行说明。

At present,the aging situation is severe in China,and the elderly oriented community arises at the right moment.Based on the literature study and the field investigation of elderly communities,this paper plans the pre-design phase,including function,space,service and operation,and applies them to the scheme design of a community in Changxing County,Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province,explores the planning and design strategies for the elderly oriented community based on the planning method by using the theory of open architecture,and explain according to the specific scheme.
