摘要
本文阐述了数控钢轨锯钻机床设备的应用现状,分析了钢轨锯钻机床在定尺锯切、机械部件磨损及相关辅助功能等方面存在的问题,提出了优化锯切流程及切头、尾工序等程序,改造夹紧移位装置及夹送辊、入口导向辊检测位置,优化锯钻机床的辅助功能等措施,以确保锯钻机床运行的稳定性,提升设备的加工精度,降低设备故障率,提高生产节奏,保障产品质量。
This paper expounds the present situation of the application of CNC rail saw drill machine tool equip‐ment,analyzes the problems existing in rail sawing drilling machine tools in fixed-scale sawing,mechanical parts wear and related auxiliary function,puts forward measures such as optimizing the sawing process and cutting head and tail process,transforming the clamping displacement device,the clamping roller,the entrance guide roller testing position,and optimizing saw drill machine auxiliary function,to ensure the stability of sawing and drilling machine operation,increase the processing accuracy of equipment,reduce the failure rate of equipment,improve the pro‐duction rhythm,and ensure the quality of products.
