高校实验教学用数控电解加工设备研制

摘要 为研制一台功能齐全的实验室用电解加工设备,采用全面、综合的概念设计开发了数控电解加工机床本体、电解加工电源和电解液供给系统,并采用控制系统将其有机联系在一起。其中,电解加工机床床身采用矿物质浇筑法,控制系统采用开放式数控系统,并带有不锈钢防护罩和工作台面;电解加工电源能实现低电压、高电流特性,并拥有短路保护功能;电解液供给系统的电导率、pH值、温度等参数可调,过滤达微米级。通过单个叶片的电解加工试验,表明该机床功能完善,满足高校实验室使用要求。 In order to develop a fully functional electrochemical machining equipment for laboratory,the NC ECM machine body,ECM power supply and electrolyte supply system are designed and developed by adopting a comprehensive and comprehensive concept,and the control system is used to organically link them together.Among them,the ECM machine bed adopts mineral pouring method,the control system adopts open CNC system and is equipped with stainless steel protective cover and worktable.The ECM power supply can realize the charac‐teristics of low voltage and high current,and has the function of short circuit protection.The conductivity,pH value,temperature and other parameters of the electrolyte supply system can be adjusted,and the filtration can reach the micron level.The electrochemical machining test of a single blade shows that the machine tool has perfect functions and meets the requirements of university laboratories.
