摘要
高层建筑在建设的过程中,由于建筑物各项功能的需要,或者建设单位为了施工方便,在建筑物的内部会留有大量的机电管道,如热力管道、电力管道、燃气管道、空调管道、给排水管道、防排烟管道及其他各种用途的管道,这些管道在高层建筑的楼板、墙体间随处可见,造成楼板与管道之间、墙体与管道之间会存留大量的孔洞、缝隙。这些孔洞、缝隙存在很大的安全隐患,是发生火灾时火焰、烟雾蔓延的路径,如果不采取相应的防火封堵措施,一旦高层建筑发生火灾,会导致火焰、烟雾在建筑中迅速蔓延、扩散。由于高层建筑的高度达几十米甚至近百米,消防云梯难以靠近,救援难度大,对建筑内人们的人身和财产安全造成严重的威胁。因此,做好高层建筑机电安装工程中的防火封堵就显得至关重要。本文分析了高层建筑机电安装工程中防火封堵的重要性,研究了建筑机电安装工程中防火封堵的质量控制措施,探讨了机电管线安装中狭小缝隙水泥封堵器具的设计开发。
In the process of high-rise building construction,due to the needs of the various functions of the building,or the construction unit for the convenience of construction,a large number of mechanical and electrical pipes will be left in the interior of the building,such as heat pipes,power pipes,gas pipes,air conditioning pipes,water supply and drainage pipes,smoke prevention and exhaust pipes,and other pipelines for various uses.These pipelines can be seen everywhere between the floor and the wall of high-rise buildings,resulting in a large number of holes and gaps between the floor and the pipe,between the wall and the pipe.These holes and gaps have great potential safety hazards,and are the path of flame and smoke spread when a fire occurs.If the corresponding fire prevention and blocking measures are not taken,once a fire occurs in a high-rise building,it will lead to the rapid spread and diffusion of flame and smoke in the building.Because the height of high-rise buildings is up to dozens of meters or even nearly 100 meters,it is difficult for the fire ladder to approach,and the rescue is difficult,causing serious threats to the safety of people and property in the building.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job of fire prevention and sealing in mechanical and electrical installation engineering of high-rise buildings.This paper analyzes the importance of fire sealing in mechanical and electrical installation engineering of high-rise buildings,studies the quality control measures of fire sealing in mechanical and electrical installation engineering of buildings,and discusses the design and development of cement sealing devices for narrow gaps in mechanical and electrical pipeline installation.
