乡村振兴背景下地方高校教师队伍发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Teachers in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of Rural Revitalization

随着乡村振兴战略的提出和发展,作为服务区域经济发展的重要力量,地方高校也需要在产业、人才等方面为乡村振兴与现代农业发展做出应有的贡献。本文基于乡村振兴战略的重大背景下,结合地方高等院校的功能与职责,从高校教师队伍建设方面入手,对目前地方高校教师队伍在助力乡村振兴中存在的困难及原因进行分析,提出了地方高校教师队伍在助力乡村振兴中的建设思路,包括师德师风建设、人才培养、科研成果转换、双创工作等方面,为同类院校在促进乡村振兴发展的工作上提供参考。

With the proposal and development of the rural revitalization strategy,as an important force serving regional economic development,local colleges and universities also need to make due contributions to the rural revitalization and modern agricultural development in terms of industry and talents.Based on the major background of the rural revitalization strategy,combined with the functions and responsibilities of local colleges and universities,starting from the construction of the teaching team of colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the difficulties and reasons that currently exist in the teaching team of local colleges and universities in helping rural revitalization,and puts forward the ideas of the teachers of local colleges and universities in helping rural revitalization,including the construction of local teachers'morality and teaching stytle,talent training,transformation of scientific research achievements,mass entrepreneurship and innovation work,etc.,to provide reference for similar colleges and universities in promoting rural revitalization and development.
