摘要
教育改革与信息技术发展赋予“师徒带教”新的转型思路。相关研究表明,新时期“师徒带教”的发展诉求从关注新教师个体的专业成长转向关注“师徒带教”实施生态圈中新教师、指导教师、学校、培训机构等个体及组织的共赢发展。基于共赢视角下对“师徒带教”内涵的理解,文章提出“师徒带教”可以尝试从组织结构、培训方式、管理思路、资源开发等方面转型。
Educational reform and the development of information technology have given“mentoring”a new transformation idea.The research analyzes the plight and development demands of mentoring in the new era-from focusing on the professional growth of new teachers to focusing on the win-win development of new teachers,instructors,schools,training institutions and other individuals and organizations in the implementation ecosystem of mentoring.Based on the understanding of the connotation of mentoring from the perspective of win-win,it is proposed that mentoring can try to transform from the aspects of organizational structure,training methods,management ideas,resource development etc.
