摘要
文章根据实际使用谐振环对基材进行毫米波段介电常数(D_(k))测试时遇到的问题出发,结合具体实验考察,分析了三种不同形式谐振环在30 GHz以上频段的可行性,最终发现带边缘耦合形式谐振环可以较好地解决普通谐振环在毫米波段不出现谐振或者杂散干扰的影响。结论可供CCL材料厂商和PCB厂商在进行D_(k)评定和监控时参考。
This paper is based on the problems of the actual use of resonant ring for millimeter wave band D_(k) test.It is combined with specific experimental investigation and analyzed the feasibility of three different forms of resonant ring in the frequency band above 30 GHz.Finally,it is found that the resonant ring with edge coupling can better solve the influence of ordinary resonant ring without resonance or stray interference in millimeter wave band.The conclusion can be used as a reference for CCL material manufacturers and PCB manufacturers in D_(k) evaluation and monitoring.
