摘要
组织蛋白酶(cathepsin)是一类溶酶体蛋白酶,在机体内参与蛋白降解、抗原提呈和细胞凋亡等生理过程,其特点是可以被分泌到细胞外降解细胞外基质。类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种自身免疫性疾病,主要表现为关节炎症、滑膜血管翳增生以及细胞和体液免疫反应异常。在RA中,cathepsin可能通过影响IL-1β、RA-FLS、滑膜血管翳和驱动基质降解等,加重关节滑膜炎症,降解软骨和骨,最终导致关节的破坏。本文将就cathepsin在RA病程进展中的作用作一综述,旨在探讨cathepsin对RA相关细胞因子的调控作用机制,为RA的防治提供依据。
Cathepsin is a kind of lysosomal protease,which participates in physiological processes such as protein degradation,antigen presentation and apoptosis.Its characteristic is that it can be secreted into extracellular matrix to degrade extracellular matrix.Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease,which is characterized by joint inflammation,synovial pannus hyperplasia and abnormal cellular,humoral immune response.In RA,cathepsin may aggravate synovial inflammation,degrade cartilage and bone,and eventually lead to joint destruction by affecting IL-1β,RA-FLS,synovial pannus and driving matrix degradation.This article will review the role of cathepsin in the progression of RA,in order to explore the regulatory mechanism of cathepsin on RA-related cytokines and provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of RA.
