摘要
LGA连接器凭借其独特的结构形式,达到了远超常规连接器的超低插合高度和超高引脚密度,接触件式接触件是LGA连接器的关键结构,接触件式接触件的结构可靠性对连接器性能有重要影响。本文通过仿真手段,分析接触件结构参数变化对接触件应力应变的影响规律,最后通过试验验证了LGA接触件的机械寿命性能。
with its unique structural form,LGA connector has achieved ultra-low insertion height and ultra-high pin density far beyond the conventional connector.Contact contact is the key structure of LGA connector,and the structural reliability of contact has an important impact on the performance of the connector.By means of simulation,this paper analyzes the influence of the change of contact structural parameters on the stress and strain of the contact.Finally,the mechanical life performance of LGA contact is verified by experiments.
