我国全株玉米青贮质量评定分级研究进展

Research Progress on Quality Evaluation and Grading of Whole Corn Silage in China

全株玉米青贮是反刍动物主要粗饲料来源也是粮改饲的主要对象。全株玉米青贮品质对反刍动物的生产具有重要影响。本文从感官指标、营养指标和发酵指标三个方面分析了我国全株玉米青贮质量分级的研究进展,为在粮改饲过程中,全株青贮玉米质量评价及品质提升提供参考依据。

Whole corn silage is not only the main source of roughage for ruminants,but also the major object of changing grain to feed.Whole corn silage quality has an important impact on the production of ruminants.This paper analyzes the research progress of corn silage quality classification in China from three aspects:sensory index,nutritional index and fermentation index,so as to provide a reference basis for the quality evaluation and improvement of corn silage in the process of changing grain to feed.
