浅析学生饮用奶团体标准“巴氏杀菌乳”及新技术应用建议

摘要 中国奶业协会颁布了学生饮用奶团体标准《学生饮用奶巴氏杀菌乳》,通过对比多个国家的法规和标准,验证了学生饮用奶巴氏杀菌乳工艺要求具有科学性、严谨性和先进性。从原料奶要求和理化指标等论述了学生饮用奶巴氏杀菌乳的安全营养特性,并提出了离心分离除菌和微滤除菌技术在学生饮用奶巴氏杀菌乳加工的应用建议。
