Global Competency Training of Talents of 3E Under the Background of"a Community of Shared Future for Mankind"——Taking 10 High-level Engineering Universities in China as an Example

构建“人类命运共同体”理念的提出,为我国高校培养具有国际竞争力的工科人才提出新的方向、要求与挑战。当前,加强对我国高校工科学生全球胜任力培养情况的研究,分析工科人才全球胜任力培养存在的问题,在此基础上提出新工科人才全球胜任力培养的有效途径,是我国高校实践“人类命运共同体”理念、完善新工科建设的客观需要与必然选择。

The concept of"a community with a shared future for mankind"puts forward new directions,requirements and challenges for Chinese universities to cultivate internationally competitive engineering talents.At present,strengthening the research on the cultivation of global competence of engineering students in Chinese universities,analyzing the problems existing in the cultivation of global competence of engineering talents,and on this basis,proposing an effective way to cultivate global competence of talents of 3E is the objective need and inevitable choice for Chinese universities to practice the concept of"a community of shared future for mankind"and improve the construction of 3E.
