高校肩负着人才培养的重要使命。智能化时代,社会对人才提出了正确价值观、多学科交叉能力、人工智能专业素养和创新决策能力的需求,传统人才培养模式逐渐在教师角色、学科专业设置、教学内容、教学方式和教学评价方面表现出不适应性。高校应充分利用智能化时代的技术资源,加快推进人才培养模式的整体变革。具体而言,需要重塑教学资源供给逻辑,促进知识联通共享;变革人才培养目标理念,培养技术技能型高素质人才;创新人才培养内容,融合人文教育与科学教育;优化人才培养方式,关注师生信息素养培养。

Colleges shoulder the important mission of talent training.In the era of intelligence,the society demands talents with correct values,interdisciplinary ability,artificial intelligence professional quality and innovative decision-making ability.The traditional talent training mode gradually shows inadaptability in the aspects of teacher role,discipline and specialty setting,teaching content,teaching method and teaching evaluation.Colleges should make full use of the technical resources in the era of intelligence to accelerate the overall reform of talent training mode.Specifically,the logic of teaching resource supply needs to be reshaped to promote knowledge sharing;the concept of talent training objectives needs to be reformed to train skilled and high-quality talent;the content of talent training needs to be innovate to integrate humanities education and science education;the way of talent training needs to be optimized to pay attention to the cultivation of information literacy of teachers and students.
