摘要
“1+N集中导学”是教师主讲一个主课堂,同时在智慧教室同步运行N个子课堂的授课模式。该模式的实践表明,组建教学团队,集体备课攻关,名师授课是做好在线教学的先行条件;在线教学的内在逻辑起点是关爱学生,在线教学的动力运行过程重在信息技术与学科课堂教学深度融合,使学科变得更好理解;在线教学的适切检验终点是有成效的教学模式,学生得到发展。同时,“1+N集中导学”模式和传统课堂教学组织形式互促互补,共同促进教学组织形式的变革。
The model of"1+N centralized instruction"means that a teacher guess lectures in one main classroom and simultaneously runs N sub-classes in the smart classrooms.The research points out that the setting of teaching team,preparing lessons collectively and lesson taught by famous teachers is the precondition for online teaching;the stating of online teaching is to care of students;the process of online teaching focuses on the deep integration of information technology and subject classroom,which aims at making the subject better understood;the eventual goal of online teaching is to establish an effective teaching model.Online teaching can be chosen to be a complement of traditional classroom.It will promote the level of the reform of teaching organization.
