污水厂建设布局对重污染河流水质影响研究

摘要 针对南方某城市重污染河流污染问题,开展了污染源调查分析,研究模拟论证了污水厂建设布局对河流水质改善的影响,并在治理措施实施后,对河流水质改善成效进行后评估。实践证明:结合流域污染源分布特征,通过对流域内污水厂的优化选址建设,在流域上游新建污水厂,同步对下游污水厂实施扩建,能够显著改善河流整体的断面水质,发挥河流的生态功能,使国控断面主要污染物氨氮的质量浓度由5mg/L以上降低到2 mg/L以下,达到河流主要水质治理目标。 In view of the pollution problem of heavily polluted rivers in a city in Southen China,the investigation and analysis of the pollution sources were carried out;the improvement impact of sewage treatment plant construction layout on river water quality was studied and simulated;besides,the effectiveness of river water quality improvement after the implementation of treatment measures was also evaluated.The practice proved that,combined with the actual pollution load of the river basin,through the optimal location and construction of sewage treatment plants in the river basin,including the construction of new sewage plants in the upper reaches of the river basin and the simultaneous expansion of sewage treatment plants in the lower reaches,the overall section water quality of the river was significantly improved,the ecological functions of the said river was displayed,the main pollutant ammonia nitrogen in the national control section was decreased from 5 to lower than 2 mg/L,which achieved the main goal of river water treatment.
