摘要 针对国内各规范对于循环冷却水池和循环水泵吸水条件的规定存在的差异,结合国外相关规范和相关循环冷却水工程,以国外某大型天然气处理厂循环冷却水系统设计为例,分析水池容积和液位高度的设计思路,满足水泵吸水条件,整理了一套明确的水池和水泵设计要点。 In view of the differences among GB specifications on water suction conditions of circulating cooling water pond and cooling water pump,combined with relevant foreign specifications and circulating cooling engineering,taking the design of circulating cooling water system of a foreign large-scale gas process plant as an example,the pond volume and liquid level design idea were analyzed to meet pump suction requirement.A set of clear pond and pump design key points were summed up and sorted out.
