健康中国视域下公立综合医院健康管理模式和路径探讨

Discussion on Health Management Mode and Path of Public General Hospital from the Perspective of Healthy China

我国公立综合医院仍然存在对健康管理认识不充分、定位不准确的情况,多数医院未将其作为一门学科进行规划和建设,因此也未形成适合中国国情的可推广的健康管理模式和路径。以“健康中国”为背景,对公立综合医院开展健康管理的重要性及其模式和路径进行了思考,提出医院要依托自身丰富的医疗资源,以维护健康为核心,开展健康、亚健康、疾病高危及疾病人群的分层管理;同时,以慢病管理为抓手,从部分科室和病种入手,在实践中稳步推进健康管理,逐步将健康管理的理论和方法融入并整合到传统的医疗模式中,实现“以治病为中心”向“以健康为中心”的转变,探索适合中国国情、以健康为中心、防治结合、具有公立综合医院特色的健康管理模式和路径,以促进医院发展。

Public general hospitals in China still have insufficient understanding and inaccurate positioning of health management.Most hospitals have not planned and constructed it as a discipline,so they have not formed a scalable health management model and path suitable for China’s national conditions.Taking"healthy China"as the background,this paper considered the importance,mode and path of health management in public general hospitals,and put forward that hospitals should rely on their own rich medical resources and take maintaining health as the core to carry out hierarchical management of people with health,sub-health and high-risk diseases.At the same time,taking chronic disease management as the starting point and starting from some departments and diseases,health management should be promoted steadily in practice by integrating the theories and methods of health management into the traditional medical model gradually to realize the transformation from"disease treatment as the center"to"health as the center",and explore the health management model and path suitable for China’s national conditions,health as the center,the combination of prevention and treatment,and the characteristics of public general hospitals,which can promote the development of hospitals.
