摘要
医疗机构健康素养(organizational health literacy,OHL)评价工具在识别医疗环境和信息的复杂性及提升居民健康素养上发挥了积极作用。对国外四项已得到实证应用的OHL评价工具的内容、适用场景等进行比较分析,可为我国卫生行政部门和医疗机构落实《健康中国行动(2019—2030年)》提出的“医疗机构和医务人员开展健康教育和健康促进的绩效考核机制”指标提供参考。
Organizational Health Literacy(OHL)measuring tools can identify the complexity of healthcare environments and information,as well as improve health literacy of residents.Contents and application scenarios of 4 OHL tools were analyzed,which could provide a reference for health administrative departments and healthcare organizations to implement the performance inspection mechanism for healthcare organizations and providers to carry out health education and promotion proposed in Healthy China Initiative(2019-2030).
