基于两大中文数据库的中国医患关系研究现状与热点分析

Analysis of Current Research Status and Hotspotson Doctor-patient Relationship in China

目的通过文献计量研究,了解近年来中国医患关系研究领域的现状和热点问题。方法以“医患关系”为主题词,对万方和中国知网(CNKI)数据库中2015—2019年发表的相关文献进行检索,将纳入的文献题录用CiteSpace_5.7.R 2软件进行专题分析。结果共纳入1205篇文献,年发文数量呈稳定后下降的趋势,但文献数量整体较多;研究机构主要是高等院校卫生管理学院或其下设的研究机构;研究学科可分为十类,多集中于管理学和社会学;“医患沟通”“医疗纠纷”和“医患信任”为三大研究热点。结论“医患关系”研究的热点集中在三个方面,学科多集中于社会学和管理学,应进一步开展多学科协作,寻求改善或缓解当前尖锐的医患矛盾新途径,探讨良好医患关系的构建机制。

Objective To understand the status and hotspots in the research field of doctor-patient relationship in recent years in China through literature research.Methods With the subject term of"doctor-patient relationship",the relevant literature in Wan-fang and CNKI databases from 2015 to 2019 were collected.The included literature were thematically analyzed by CiteSpace_5.7.R 2.Results A total of 1205 articles were included in this study.It was found that the number of papers published in 2015-2017 was relatively stable,but after that it showed a downward trend.These papers were mainly published by schools of Health Management in universities or their research institute.The research topics could be divided into ten categories,mostly focusing on management and sociology.There were 3 hotspots,including doctor-patient communication,medical disputes,and trust between doctors and patients.Conclusion The research hotspots of"octor-patient relationship"focused on three aspects with disciplines mostly concentrated in management and sociology.We should carry out multi-disciplinary collaborative research,which seeks new ways to improve or alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients and further build the good mechanism in doctor-patient relationship.
