摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)感染引起的高度致死性猪传染病,目前尚无针对该病的有效疫苗和治疗手段。本综述着眼于宿主抗病毒天然免疫应答过程,重点阐述新近发现的ASFV编码蛋白对干扰素(interferon,IFN)信号通路、炎症反应和细胞凋亡过程的调控作用,分析了相关病毒蛋白在ASFV感染、复制和致病力方面的影响,指出了潜在的ASFV新型疫苗研究靶点,以期为临床治疗药物和新型高效疫苗的研发提供方向和思路。
African swine fever(ASF),caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV),is a highly contagious disease of swine with high mortality,whereas there is currently no effective vaccine or treatment for the disease.This review,aiming at the innate antiviral immune response of the host,focuses on the regulating effect of recently-dicovered ASFV coding genes on in IFN signaling pathway,inflammatory responses and apoptosis process,and analyzed the effects of relevant viral proteins on ASFV infection,replication and pathogenicity,and pointed out potential research targets for novel ASFV vaccines.These efforts will contribute to the research and development of clinical therapeutic drugs and new high-efficiency vaccines against ASF.
