摘要 随着人工智能技术的飞速、跨越式发展,人工智能技术在石油钻井工程中的应用,亦可有效提高石油勘探开发现场智能化程度,降低施工作业成本的支出和劳动强度,提高施工作业的安全性。基于此分析了石油钻井施工作业工程事故的常见类型,探讨目前主流的石油钻井工程预警技术,最后对模糊推理神经网络技术在石油钻井工程事故预警中的应用进行了阐述。通过探索和实践,将钻井工程的参数监测、数据处理、模型建立、智能动态诊断集成到智能预警软件后,在石油钻井施工作业现场进行了应用,取得了良好的效果。 With the rapid and exceeding development of artificial intelligence,the artificial intelligence technology can also be used in petroleum drilling engineering to effectively improve the intelligent degree of oil exploration and development.It can reduce construction cost and labor intensity as well as improve the safety of construction operation.Based on this,the common types of oil drilling engineering accidents are analyzed,and then the early warning technology of current mainstream oil drilling engineering is discussed.Finally,the application of Fuzzy Inference and Neural Network to early warning of oil drilling engineering accidents is elaborated.Through exploration and practice,the parameter monitoring,data processing,model building and intelligent dynamic diagnosis of drilling engineering are all integrated into the intelligent early warning software.After applying this technology to oil drilling operation site,good results have been achieved.
