一种基于数字实景模型可联动的变电站、换流站备件管理研究

随着时代的发展,传统变电站、换流站备件管理模式已经无法满足现代企业对备件管理的需求。现代变电站、换流站需要的备件种类繁多复杂、出库、入库频繁,已经无法只用几张表单就能够完成备件管理的工作。为了提高变电站、换流站备件管理的工作效率,减轻变电站、换流站备件管理员的工作压力,变电站、换流站等地方的备件管理方法不能再采用传统备件管理模式,必须思考出一种全新备件管理模式。初步设想是在传统备件管理模式上搭载数字实景模型,并结合新型智能科技的技术元素,创造出一种新型备件管理模式,从而大大提高变电站、换流站备件管理的工作效率。本文主要就是探讨这种新型变电站、换流站备件管理模式。

With the development of The Times,the traditional spare parts management mode of substation and converter station has been unable to meet the needs of spare parts management of modern enterprises.Modern substations and converter stations need a variety of complicated spare parts,which can not be completed with just a few forms of spare parts management.In order to improve the working efficiency of spare parts management in substation and converter station and reduce the working pressure of spare parts manager in substation and converter station,the spare parts management method in substation and converter station can not adopt the traditional spare parts management mode,but must think out a new spare parts management mode.The initial idea is to create a new type of spare parts management mode by incorporating digital reality model on the traditional spare parts management mode and combining with the technical elements of new intelligent technology,so as to greatly improve the efficiency of spare parts management of substation and converter station.This paper mainly discusses the new spare parts management mode of substation and converter station.
