一种新型平板载荷仪在地基承载力检测中的应用

Application of A New Plate Loading Meter in the Bearing Capacity of Foundation Soils Testing

平板载荷试验是一种应用十分广泛的地基承载力检测方法。平板载荷试验耗时长,对于工作量大且工期紧张的项目需要投入大量的人力物力才能满足工程检测需求。为了评价某处理土地基的处理效果是否满足设计要求,利用一种新型平板载荷仪对处理土地基进行平板载荷试验,配合标贯取土试验与重型动力触探试验,对处理土地基承载力进行检测。试验结果表明,采用平板载荷试验、标准贯入试验、重型动力触探试验相互配合的检测方案,可以对处理土地基承载力进行比较全面准确地评价;该种新型平板载荷仪可以实现一台仪器同时采集多个试验点的数据,操作简单,数据准确,能够明显节省人力物力并达到缩短工期的目的。

Plate load test is a widely used method to test the bearing capacity of foundation.It takes more than twenty hours to finish one plate load test,so a great deal of manpower and resources are needed to service a large engineering.In order to evaluate the bearing capacity of the foundation,application of a new plate loading meter is applied in the foundation detection with the standard penetration test and the dynamic penetration test.The test results show that the three test methods could evaluate the bearing capacity of soil foundation comprehensively and accurately.Besides,the new flat plate load instrument can collect the data of multiple test points at the same time.It has the advantages of simple operation and accurate data.It can obviously save human and material resources and shorten the construction period.
