摘要 目前,大量的专变箱体应用较多,因其,数量多、运维任务重,且窃电、小动物进入、损坏、短路烧毁等现象时有发生,给供电部门和用电户造成严重的经济损失。通过设计一套智能专变计量装置,利用智能感知元件和通信模块,智能感知元件包含烟雾传感器、温湿度变送器、振动传感器和智能锁具,通信模块具有和智能感知元件通信的功能,其通信方式为RS485,通信协议为DL645扩展或MODBUS。通信模块根据智能感知元件的感知信息判断专变计量控制箱所处环境是否异常,异常情况下发出告警信息,严重异常时输出节点控制开关跳闸。智能专变计量装置的技术研究与应用能够提升专变用电客户的服务水平和响应速度,并在一定程度上预防电气火灾,对减少运维班组工作量,减少经济损失,提高工作效率,提升客户用电体验具有积极意义。 At present,a large number of special transformer boxes are widely used.Because of their large number,heavy operation and maintenance tasks,and power theft,small animal entry,damage,short circuit burning and other phenomena occur from time to time,causing serious economic losses to the power supply department and power users.By designing a set of intelligent special transformer metering device,the intelligent sensing element and communication module are used.The intelligent sensing element includes smoke sensor,temperature and humidity transmitter,vibration sensor and intelligent lock.The communication module has the function of communicating with the intelligent sensing element.Its communication mode is RS485,and the communication protocol is DL645 extension or MODBUS.The communication module judges whether the environment of the special transformer metering control box is abnormal according to the sensing information of the intelligent sensing element,sends alarm information under abnormal conditions,and the output node control switch trips in case of serious abnormality.The technical research and application of intelligent special transformer metering device can improve the service level and response speed of special transformer power customers,and prevent electrical fire to a certain extent,which is of positive significance to reduce the workload of operation and maintenance teams,reduce economic losses,improve work efficiency and improve customers’ power consumption experience.
