摘要
海底油气管线一旦泄漏,极易对海洋环境造成不可恢复的影响。通过研究管线泄漏检测方法的原理、优缺点,并结合项目油水混输海底管线的压力、温度、水深等工况条件,提出负压波、次声波、流量平衡方法多方法融合算法,并设计了海管泄漏检测系统架构方案,以避免单一算法缺陷或传感器故障造成的误报警,提高了海管泄漏检测精度,减少了误报警率。
Once the submarine oil and gas pipeline leaks,it is very easy to have an unrecoverable impact on the marine environment.By studying the principle,advantages and disadvantages of pipeline leakage detection methods,and combined with the working conditions such as pressure,temperature and water depth of the project’s oil-water mixed transmission submarine pipeline,this paper puts forward the multi-method fusion algorithm of negative pressure wave,infrasound wave and flow balance methods,and designs the architecture scheme of submarine pipeline leakage detection system,In order to avoid false alarm caused by single algorithm defect or sensor fault,improve the detection accuracy of submarine pipeline leakage and reduce the false alarm rate.
