摘要 针对目前海上油田单井注入量大,各层段注入量不均匀,现有分层注水技术调配工作量大,测调误差较大问题,开展了双通道智能分层注水工艺研究。该工艺设计两个测控过流通道,通过改变测调水嘴的阀芯轴向位置变化,达到精准测控的目的。通过有限元软件模拟分析和样机试验,验证流量和标定台流量偏差。此项工艺在渤海油田大排量注水井中进行了推广应用,以X-01井为例,各层实际注入量与设计注入量误差在3%以内,满足现场分注需求,为海上油田智能测调问题提供了新的思路。 In view of the large injection volume of single well in offshore oilfields,uneven injection volume of each interval,large deployment workload of existing layered water injection technology,and large measurement and adjustment errors,the research on dual-channel intelligent layered water injection technology was carried out.In this process,two measurement and control overcurrent channels are designed,and the purpose of precise measurement and control is achieved by changing the axial position of the valve core of the measurement and adjustment nozzle.Through the finite element software simulation analysis and prototype test,the flow rate and the flow rate deviation of the calibration table are verified.This process has been popularized and applied in large-displacement water injection wells in Bohai Oilfield.Taking Well X-01 as an example,the error between the actual injection volume and the designed injection volume of each layer is within 3%,which meets the needs of on-site injection and is a smart solution for offshore oilfields.The problem of measurement and adjustment provides a new way of thinking.
