摘要 伴随某发电厂机组启动试验圆满完成,为使得相关工作人员了解发电厂蒸汽供应系统自动控制优化工作的内容,本文介绍了在机组启动试验中发现的几个重大问题,运用自动控制原理优化方案,通过模拟验证、仿真,使控制系统尽可能吻合系统参数,保证工艺系统参数正常,不发生自动逻辑保护动作,为维修人员、相关工作人员讲解问题处理过程,并在后续机组中得以实践,减少了机组调试时间,取得了一定经济效益。 With the successful completion of the unit start-up test of a power plant,in order to make the relevant staff understand the contents of the automatic control optimization of the steam supply system of the power plant,this paper introduces several major problems found in the unit start-up test,uses the automatic control principle optimization scheme,and through simulation verification and simulation,makes the control system match the system parameters as much as possible to ensure that the process system parameters are normal,There is no automatic logic protection action.It explains the problem-solving process for maintenance personnel and relevant staff,which has been practiced in subsequent units,reducing the unit commissioning time and achieving certain economic benefits.
