摘要
对一种多回转核级电动执行机构的力矩保护装置进行研究,这种电动执行机构具有机械式行程和力矩保护功能,能适应核电站应用工况。通过对输出力矩反馈在蜗杆上的力进行检测,并将检测到的位移量进行放大和输出方式转换,使在不同输出力矩下该力矩保护装置对应一个线性转动量。当输出力矩超过安全运行范围时,力矩保护装置会触发微动开关组件并停转电机,以达到力矩保护要求。通过理论计算和试验相结合的方式论证了此装置的可行性,实现了核级电动执行机构机械式力矩的保护功能。
A torque protection device of multi-rotary nuclear grade electric actuator is studied.The actuator has mechanical stroke and torque protection functions,which can adapt to the application conditions of nuclear power plant.By force of output torque feedback on the worm detection,and transform detected displacement amplification and output mode conversion,making the torque under different output torque protection device corresponding to a linear momentum,when output torque than the safe operation range,torque protection device will trigger the micro switch components and stalling motor,torque protection requirements,in order to achieve.The feasibility of this device is proved by combining theoretical calculation and test,and the mechanical torque protection function of nuclear electric actuator is realized.
