介绍测量设备期间核查的作用、要求,分类,核查范围和核查方法,比较实验室期间核查与计量标准稳定性、重复性考核方法,测量过程控制监视要求与实验室期间核查方法指南要求的异同点,提出计量标准稳定性考核方法、测量过程控制监视确认方法,满足实验室期间核查要求。分析公司在计量标准稳定性考核、高度控制测量过程、检测实验室的测量设备期间核查执行情况,结合实验室认可、计量标准考核、测量管理体系认证等,对期间核查要求提出计量标准期间核查要求制度化,测量设备期间核查方法编制独立作业指导书,期间核查记录表格的标准规范等改进建议。

This paper introduces functions,requirements,types,scopes and methods of period check for measuring equipment and compares the similarities and differences between laboratory period checks and measurement standard in assessment methods for stability and repeatability and requirements for controlling and monitoring during measurement processes and guidelines for laboratory period check.An assessment method for measurement standard stability and a verification method for controlling and monitoring in measurement processes are proposed to meet the requirement for laboratory period checks.Analyzing implements of assessments for measurement standard stability,highly controlled measurement processes and period check in testing laboratories in the company and considering requirements for period checks from laboratory accreditation,measurement standard assessment and measurement management system certification,some suggestions such as institutionalization of period check for measurement standard,independent operation guidebooks for period checks for measuring equipment and work log sheet standards for period checks are proposed for future improvement.
