摘要
结合马斯洛需求层次理论,从人的生理的需求、安全的需求、情感与归属的需求、尊重的需求和自我实现的需求五个层次对华为员工激励机制进行分析。
This paper combines Maslow's hierarchy of needs,and analyzes the employee incentive mechanism of Huawei from five levels:physiological need,safety need,belongingness and love need,esteem need and self-actualization need.
