摘要
高合金钢DS120钢第一次连铸生产时,因连铸工艺参数不合理,导致连铸坯在铸机内的坯温较低,连铸坯在未出拉矫机前与引锭杆分离,导致连铸坯滞留在铸机内造成停浇事故,最后分段切割后将连铸坯取出,连铸坯报废。通过分析DS120钢连铸生产过程连铸坯无法矫直的原因,通过优化二冷工艺参数,提高连铸坯在铸机内的坯温,解决了连铸坯无法矫直的问题,成功实现了高合金钢的全连铸。目前DS120钢已经实现了4炉连浇,同时为本厂高合金钢的生产积累了宝贵的经验。
The high metal alloy steel DS120 steel connects the casting production for the first time,because of connecting the casting craft parameter not reasonable,cause connect the casting-bell is lower in of bell in the machine of casting,connect the casting-bell before don't pull the machine of h lead a pole separation,cause connect the bell be detained to resulted in stop to sprinkle the trouble in the machine of casting,end cent the segment will connect the casting to take out after incise,connecting the bell to discard.This text connects the production line of casting to connect through an analytical DS120 steel the bell can't the reason that keep,pass excellent turn two cold craft parameters,the exaltation connects the bell in of bell in the machine of casting,resolving connect the bell can't the problem that keep,succeed carried out the high metal alloy steel whole even casting.Currently the DS120 steel has already carried out 4 heats of connect to sprinkle,a hour for the my plant production backlog of the high metal alloy steel precious experience.
