微小RNA在子宫腺肌病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 子宫腺肌病是育龄期妇女的常见病,严重影响着女性的生育力及生活质量。子宫腺肌病的病因及发病机制目前尚不明确,因此缺乏有效的诊断及治疗方法。微小RNA(miRNA)参与调控子宫腺肌病发生发展的多个环节,并且存在着疾病特异性的表达谱。miRNA不仅为子宫腺肌病发病机制的研究提供了新的思路和方法,也为子宫腺肌病的早期无创性诊断及精准治疗提供了理想的靶标。现就miRNA在子宫腺肌病发病机制、诊断及治疗中的研究进展综述如下。 Adenomyosis(AD)is a common disease in women of childbearing age,which seriously affects women's fertility and quality of life.The etiology and pathogenesis of AD are currently unclear,so there is a lack of effective diagnosis and treatment methods.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are involved in the regulation of multiple links in the occurrence and development of AD,and there are disease-specific expression profiles.MicroRNAs not only provides new ideas and methods for the study of the pathogenesis of AD,but also provides an ideal target for the early non-invasive diagnosis and precise treatment of AD.The research progress of miRNA in the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of AD is summarized as follows.
