超高压锻造自密封预启式控制阀的设计

摘要 介绍了一种超高压锻造预启式多级可调自密封结构控制阀,阐述了其结构特点和工作原理。从产品结构、制作工艺、综合性能等方面进行了对比分析,提出了蒸汽控制阀改进设计的思路,即承压件采用整体锻件,带预启副阀芯的多级套筒可调节自密封平衡式降压结构,提升了该控制阀的实用性和可操作性。 This paper introduces an ultra-high pressure forging prestart multi-stage adjustable self sealing structure control valve,expounds its structural characteristics and working principle,makes a comparative analysis from the aspects of product structure,manufacturing process and comprehensive performance,and puts forward the idea of improving the design of steam control valve,that is,the pressure parts adopt integral forgings,The multi-stage sleeve adjustable self sealing balanced pressure reducing structure with pre start auxiliary valve core reflects the practicability and operability of the control valve.
