The high pressure nickel base ball valve of ultra deep and high sulfur gas field is mainly top mounted hard sealed ball valve,which is a special valve for ultra deep and high hydrogen sulfide gas gathering and transmission pipeline.This paper introduces the characteristics,types and basic structure of the high pressure nickel base top mounted hard seal ball valve in ultra deep high sulfur gas field.The design requirements,design key points,production and manufacturing,test and inspection,and precautions are analyzed.
