摘要
介绍了一种高参数电站减压阀,阐述了其工作原理、节流件结构、中腔密封结构。分析了其设计要点,给出了套筒膨胀量的计算,研制的阀门已在超临界工况上成功应用,可以满足设计和使用工况要求。
The paper introduced a high-parameter power station pressure reducing valve,describing its working principle,the structure of the throttle,and the sealing structure of the middle cavity.The paper also analyzes its main design points and the calculation of cage expansion.The developed valve has been successfully applied in supercritical conditions and can meet the requirements of design and operating conditions.
