摘要
介绍了阀门注脂检测控制装置的内部结构、功能特点、工作原理。对阀体结构进行了仿真分析,结合JB 4732-1995对综合应力仿真结果进行了应力分解和评定,满足使用要求。
The internal structure,functional characteristics and working principle of valve grease injection test and control device are introduced.The valve body structure was simulated and analyzed,and combined with JB 4732-1995,the stress decomposition and evaluation of the comprehensive stress simulation results were carried out to meet the requirements of use.
