黄土高原典型县域土地利用效益评价——以交城县为例

Land Use Efficiency Evaluation of Typical Counties in Loess Plateau:Taking Jiaocheng County as an Example

以山西省交城县为研究区,基于交城县土地经济、社会、生态三方面视角,通过构建土地利用经济—社会—生态效益评价指标体系,运用土地利用综合指数、耦合协调模型对2006—2018年交城县土地利用效益进行评价测度,揭示演变特征及成因。结果表明:交城县各土地利用类型数量变化中耕地呈现线性下降趋势;建设用地呈现线性增长趋势;林地、草地、水域多年维持同一水平。交城县土地资源利用效益呈现3种演变趋势,其中,土地利用综合效益与经济效益为线性增长趋势,生态效益为向上开口的抛物线型增长趋势,社会效益为多年维持同一水平。交城县土地利用经济—社会—生态效益之间耦合协调度呈现增长趋势,但增长趋缓,研究期内交城县土地利用效益各子系统间长期处于失调状态,且以轻度失调为主,协调性亟待进一步提升。交城县土地资源利用效益及耦合协调度演变趋势与其脆弱的环境本底及资源型地区经济转型困难度有关。应注重提高对土地资源的利用率,进一步优化土地利用结构,促进研究区土地资源效益的有效提高。

Taking Jiaocheng Countyin Shanxi Province as the research area,based on the perspective of land economy,society and ecology,through the construction of land use economic,social,ecological benefit evaluation index system,this paper used land use comprehensive index and coupling coordination model to evaluate the land use benefit of Jiaocheng County from 2006 to 2018,reveal the evolution characteristics and causes.The results showed that among the quantity change of land use types in Jiaocheng County,the cultivated land showed a downward linear trend.The construction land showed a linear increasing trend,forest land,grassland and water area maintained the same level for many years.The land resource utilization benefit of Jiaocheng County presented three evolution trends,among which,the comprehensive benefit and economic benefit of land use showed a linear increasing trend,the ecological benefit showed a upward opening parabola increasing trend,and the social benefit maintained the same level for many years.The coupling coordination degree between the economic,social and ecological benefits of land use in Jiaocheng County showed an increasing trend,but the growth was slow.During the study period,the subsystems of land use benefits in Jiaocheng County have been in a state of imbalance for a long time,mainly in a mild imbalance,and the coordination needed to be further improved.The evolution trend of land resource utilization benefit and coupling coordination degree in Jiaocheng County was related to its fragile environmental background and the difficulty of economic transformation in resource-based areas.We should pay attention to improving the utilization rate of land resources,further optimize the land use structure,and promote the effective improvement of land resource benefits in the study area.
