The Construction of Inner-party Democratic Life System in Yan′an Period and Its Contemporary Enlightenment

延安时期,中国共产党对民主生活制度建设进行了大量探索,对今天推进党的建设新的伟大工程具有重要借鉴意义。这一时期,为应对严峻斗争形势、提高党员整体素质、彰显马克思主义政党本质的需要,我们党加强了民主生活制度建设,深入探索民主集中制的实现形式,多次开展民主生活会,建立健全行之有效的监督机制。这些举措有效净化了党员思想,改进了党的作风,提高了全党的马克思主义理论水平,同时强化了党员的阶级性、先进性和纯洁性,增强了党的凝聚力、执行力和战斗力。揆诸现实,新征程上只有坚持民主集中制、开好民主生活会、完善民主监督机制,才能加强我们党的民主生活制度建设,助推第二个百年奋斗目标的实现。

In Yan′an period,the Communist Party of China made a lot of explorations on the construction of the Party′s democratic life system,which has important reference significance for today′s great new project of promoting the party′s construction.During this period,based on the necessity of coping with the severe struggling situation,improving the overall quality of the party members and highlighting the nature of Marxist political parties,our party strengthened the construction of democratic life system.Therefore,it explored the realization form of democratic centralism,held democratic life meetings for many times,and established and improved an effective supervision mechanism.These measures have effectively purified the party members′ideology,improved the party′s working style,raised the level of Marxist theory of the whole party,strengthened the class nature,advance nature and purity of the party members,and strengthened the party′s cohesion,execution and fighting capacity.This historical fact enlightens us,only by adhering to democratic centralism,holding a good democratic life meeting and improving the democratic supervision mechanism on the new journey,can we strengthen the construction of the democratic life system within our party and speed up the realization of the second Centennial Goal.
