马克思主义劳动价值论视域下网红劳动价值探究

On the Value of Internet Celebrities′Labor From the Perspective of Marxist Labor Value Theory

网红经济是当下经济新业态,网红是新职业代表。网红收入合理规范对于推动网红行业健康有序发展、带动虚拟经济与实体经济共同发展和促进收入分配公平具有重要意义。笔者运用马克思主义劳动价值论分析,认为网红劳动属于生产性服务劳动,创造价值。网红收入取决于其劳动力价值,同时受到市场供需和政府规制的影响。其中,市场畸形供需和因政府规制缺失引起网红偷逃税行为是导致其收入不合理的重要因素。规范网红收入需要从完善法律法规、市场调节、政府调控、行业自律、公众监督五个维度持续发力。

Internet celebrity economy is a new business form,representing the development of new occupations.The reasonable and standardized income of internet celebrities is of great significance to promote the healthy and orderly development of internet celebrity industry,driving the common development of virtual economy and real economy and promoting the fairness of income distributions.Based on the Marxist labor value theory,the author analyzes and believes that the labor of internet celebrities belongs to productive service labor and creates certain value.The income of internet celebrities depends on the value of their labor and is affected by market supply and demand and government′s regulation.Among them,the imbalance between supply and demand in the market and tax dodging of some internet celebrities due to the government′s neglecting are important reasons for the unreasonable income of internet celebrities.In order to standardize the income of internet celebrities,continuous efforts should be made from five dimensions:improving laws and regulations,building market adjustment,enforcing government macro-regulation,promoting industry self-discipline and public supervision.
