高校思政工作者是高校思想政治教育的主体。“为党育人、为国育才”是党和国家赋予高校的崇高使命,党的历史是思政工作者的必修课和教科书。我们要全面贯彻党的教育方针,秉持高度历史自信回答培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人这一根本问题。要以唯物史观、中国共产党党史观、中华传统崇史观为理论逻辑,以抵御错误思潮、坚定理想信念、保障育人实效为价值逻辑,以高校加强党史学习教育,牢记育人初心,自觉学深悟透党史为实践逻辑,持续增强高校思政工作者历史自信,进一步提高铸魂育人质量。

Ideological and political workers in colleges and universities are the subject of implementing corresponding education towards students."Educating people for the party and cultivating talents for the country"is the lofty mission entrusted by the party and the state to colleges and universities.The history of the party is the compulsory course and resource for ideological and political workers.We must fully implement the Party′s educational policy to better answer the fundamental question of"What kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate people,and for whom to cultivate people"with high historical confidence.The theoretical logic of strengthening historical confidence contains historical materialism,the CPC′s view towards its own history,and traditional Chinese concept of"respecting the history".The value logic of strengthening historical confidence includes defending false thoughts of historical nihilism,consolidating convictions of the CPC,and guaranteeing the effect of education.The practice logic of strengthening historical confidence consists of historical education towards ideological and political workers in colleges and universities,as well as the workers′own deep insight and sense of responsibility in educating,and thorough acquisition of the Party′s history.Thus,the quality of educating students in colleges and universities is bound to be improved.
