摘要
针对机械装备摩擦系统中普遍存在的粘滑振动现象,建立考虑界面接触行为的4自由度摩擦自激振动模型,讨论Stribeck摩擦模型、界面接触行为和外部输入对摩擦系统粘滑振动的影响。结果表明,Stribeck摩擦模型的静摩擦系数及衰减系数能够影响摩擦系统粘滑振动的强度及运动相图空间的大小,但二者对摩擦系统的频域特性未产生明显影响;摩擦系统的粘滑振动随着接触刚度先增大后减小,运动相图逐渐趋于单周期运动,且接触刚度的变化改变了摩擦系统的频域特性;压力及滑动速度作为外部载荷,二者能够影响摩擦系统的粘滑振动强度、运动相图空间以及频域特性。
Aiming at the stick-slip vibration in the friction system of mechanical equipment, the 4-degree-of-freedom friction-induced vibration model was established. The influence of Stribeck friction model, interface contact behavior and external input on the stick-slip vibration of the friction system was discussed. The results show that the static friction coefficient and attenuation coefficient of Stribeck friction model can influence on the strength of stick-slip vibration and the size of the motion phase diagram space of the friction system. However, these parameters have no obvious influence on the frequency domain characteristics of the friction system, the stick-slip vibration of the friction system increases at first and then decreases with the contact stiffness, the motion phase diagram gradually tends to single periodic motion, and the change of the contact stiffness changes the frequency domain characteristics of the friction system. As external loads,pressure and sliding velocity can affect the stick-slip vibration intensity, phase diagram space and frequency domain characteristics of the friction system.
