摘要
锯齿式皮棉清理机清理过程中,其排杂刀会对皮棉纤维产生冲击应力,从而造成棉纤维损伤。为解决这一问题,该文基于ANSYS软件,构建棉纤维、排杂刀及锯齿滚筒的模型,采用仿真手段分析棉纤维所受应力大小。以排杂角、排杂刀刃角和锯齿滚筒转速作为棉纤维损伤的影响因素,以应力作为棉纤维损伤程度评价指标,设计三因素正交实验。根据实验结果,构建棉纤维损伤模型,此模型可用于指导锯齿式皮棉清理机的结构参数改进及工艺参数优化。
In the cleaning process of the sawtooth lint cleaning machine, the miscellaneous knife will produce impact stress on the lint fiber, resulting in cotton fiber damage. In this paper, based on ANSYS software, the models of cotton fiber, miscellaneous knife and sawtooth drum are constructed, and the stress of cotton fiber is analyzed by means of simulation. Taking the impurity angle, the blade angle of the cutter and the speed of the sawtooth drum as the influencing factors of cotton fiber damage and the stress as the evaluation index of cotton fiber damage degree, a three-factor orthogonal experiment was designed. According to the experimental results, a cotton fiber damage model is constructed,which can be used to guide the improvement of structural parameters and process parameters optimization of sawtooth lint cleaning machine.
