摘要
该文对一种典型三段式高压加热器的用途和工作原理进行介绍,并结合典型部件对该设备的制造工艺流程进行分析,从中识别出各工序的实施难点和质量控制要点,同时结合高压加热器设备在制造和使用过程中的常见问题,在设计、工艺、采购、制造和检验等环节中分别采取有针对性的质量保证措施,从技术和管理2个角度出发,对潜在的风险进行预防和规避,提高产品设计质量和制造可靠性,确保产品实物质量和使用性能全面满足预期要求。
In this paper, the use and working principle of a typical three-stage high pressure heater are introduced, and the manufacturing process of the equipment is explained with typical components, from which the implementation difficulties and quality control points of each process are identified. At the same time, combined with the common problems in the manufacture and use of high pressure heater equipment, targeted quality assurance measures are taken from the aspects of design, process, procurement, manufacture, inspection and so on, so as to prevent and avoid potential risks from the perspective of technology and management, fundamentally improve product design quality and manufacturing reliability, and ensure that the physical quality and performance of products fully meet the expected requirements.
