摘要
在近年来我国教师教育课程秉持“实践取向”的背景下,教育实践课程的价值得到进一步凸显。通过人才培养方案及相关文献分析、问卷调查、访谈和实地观察发现,当前教育实践课程的重要性得到了高度认同,课程种类更为丰富,课程体系构建受到越来越多的重视,师范生对课程的总体满意度较高;但与此同时,也还存在着部分高校课程设置不够健全、分量不足、“双导师制”未能严格落实、指导乏力等问题。着眼于“实践取向”,有必要重构教育实践课程价值观,合理设置实践课程,建立实践指导教师资格认证制度,优化大学和中小学间的合作机制,协力推进实践课程实施。
Under the background of the teacher education curriculum in China upholding the idea of the"practical orientation"in recent years,the value of the educational practice cur-riculum has been further highlighted.Through talent cultivation plan and related literature a-nalysis,questionnaires,interviews,and field observations,the author finds that the importance of current educational practice courses has been widely recognized,and the types of edu-cational practice courses are more abundant.Moreover,normal universities pay more atten-tion to the construction of practical curriculum system,the innovation of educational practice form and the design of the curriculum implementation system.As a whole,the normal col-lege students are more satisfied with educational practice courses of their universities.But at the same time,there are also problems in the educational practice courses,such as the narrow values of educational practice curriculum,the incomplete curriculum provision,the insuffi-cient curriculum weight of some colleges and universities,the lack of strict implementation of the"dual-tutor system",the lack of practical guidance and so on.In the end,it is necessary to reconstruct the values of educational practice course,reasonably set up educational practice courses,establish mentor teacher qualification authentication system,optimize the coopera-tion mechanism between university and primary and secondary schools,jointly promote prac-tical curriculum implementation.
